The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between jou-ni and its customers. By using our services or purchasing our products, customers agree to be bound by these terms. Please read the terms carefully, as they describe important rights and obligations relating to copyright, payment, support, materials, sales and distribution. These terms are effective as of the date of engagement and may be updated or revised as jou-ni deems appropriate.

COPYRIGHT AND MANAGEMENT

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with copyright laws. All our team's assignments materials, designs or content created by our team during the course of our assignment are the property of jou-ni, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of all existing materials submitted to us for use in the project.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

The terms of payment are set out in our service agreement or contract. Customers are responsible for complying with the agreed payment schedules and terms. In the event of cancellation, fees or fines may apply depending on the stage of the project and the costs incurred up to that point.

SUPPORT & WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our work and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the products or services we deliver. Warranty terms may vary depending on the nature of the project and are detailed in our service agreement. Customers can expect to receive assistance and to have any problems or concerns they may have resolved in a timely manner while the warranty is in effect.

MATERIALS & IMAGES

Clients are responsible for providing any materials, content or images required for the project, unless otherwise agreed. We may obtain material or images on behalf of the client for an additional fee or subject to licensing agreements. Rights and permissions to use third party materials will be clearly stated and documented.

SALES & DISTRIBUTION

Our products and services are sold and distributed to customers and end users as specified in the service contract or agreement. Customers may resell or distribute products developed by us subject to licensing or use restrictions. We reserve the right to restrict sales or distribution channels as we deem necessary for our business.
